Procedures :

1.Buyer sent signed ICPO + BCL + NCND IMPFA

2.Seller signed FCO and sends it to the buyer

3.Buyer signed FCO and sends to seller

4.Seller issues a Draft Contract in favour of the buyer.

5.Buyer return the Draft Contract by exchanging it by facsimile or email attachment, duly signed and sealed. The Draft copies will be deemed legal until hard copies exchanged.

6.Buyer sends 4 hart copies. Seller duly signs and seals all copies and return to the buyer.

7.Buyer s bank will send a preadvice of the bank guarantee to the seller s bank.

8.Inmediately after, the buyer s bank will issue to seller s bank the conditional bank guarantee.

9.Seller s bank will send Proof of Product (POP)

10.Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutuality agreed.

11.The contract becomes null and void in case of conditional bank-guarantee in time as stipulated in the contract.
